No-Dig and Traditional Fence Installation in North Metro Atlanta

Freedom Fencing of Ga builds fences two ways: No-Dig driven posts and traditional set posts. We recommend the method that fits your fence style, soil, slope and budget, and where both would work, we can price both so you can compare.

Two installation methods, one honest recommendation

Some fences are at their best on No-Dig driven posts. Others, like exposed chamfered or French Gothic wood posts, are better set traditionally. We look at the fence system and the property first, then tell you which method we would choose and why.

No-Dig: stronger, longer lasting, less mess

No-Dig posts are driven into the ground instead of dug out and set in concrete. There are no spoil piles or concrete bags left in the yard, and posts can go into tight spots along walls, roots and utility lines where an auger cannot.

Traditional: the right call for certain designs

Excavated, concrete-set posts remain the standard for many decorative wood designs and some specialty systems. When a project calls for it, we build it traditionally and to the specification the fence system requires.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

We take ownership of your fence as much as you do. Freedom Fencing backs the fences we build with a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, and we hold every project to the standards we set for ourselves.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Fence questions

What is a No-Dig fence?

A No-Dig fence uses steel posts driven into the ground instead of posts set in dug, concrete-filled holes. It installs with less disruption to the yard and fits tighter spaces.

When do you install posts traditionally?

When the fence design or site calls for it, such as exposed decorative wood posts or certain specialty systems. Traditional posts are excavated and set according to the fence system's requirements.

Which method do you recommend?

Whichever fits the fence and the property. We are not tied to one method, so we can recommend No-Dig or traditional honestly, and price both where both apply.
