Privacy Policy
MarketMeet provides business operations software for service businesses. This policy explains the information MarketMeet processes when businesses use the platform to manage customers, scheduling, estimates, projects, payments, staff, communications, documents, marketing, and related workflows.
Information we collect
Business accounts may include names, business names, sign-in and contact information, service areas, business settings, staff and role information, services and pricing, estimates, project records, schedules, time entries, customer communications, documents, photos, marketing content, and other information entered into MarketMeet. Customer records may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, service or job addresses, appointment and project details, estimates, payment status, notes, uploaded files, and communication preferences. MarketMeet also processes technical, security, and service logs needed to operate and protect the platform.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure MarketMeet; organize customer, scheduling, estimate, project, payment, production, staff, and business workflows; send requested transactional communications and reminders; support maps and routing; troubleshoot and improve the service; prevent abuse; and provide reporting, automation, marketing, and intelligence features selected by the business.
Payments
Businesses may use third-party payment providers through MarketMeet for deposits, invoices, tips, or other payments. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy practices. MarketMeet may receive transaction identifiers, amounts, payment status, and related records needed to display and reconcile payment activity. MarketMeet does not require businesses to store full payment card numbers in MarketMeet.
Text messaging and mobile information
SMS participation is optional and requires the applicable recipient's consent. Message frequency varies based on business and customer activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent or opt-in data, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services from a business or using non-SMS MarketMeet features.
Service providers
MarketMeet uses service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, database and authentication, email and SMS delivery, mapping and location, payment processing, analytics, and other infrastructure providers. When a business uses AI-powered or Smart features, relevant business or customer content may be processed by AI service providers as needed to perform the requested feature. Providers process information for the services they provide to MarketMeet. MarketMeet does not sell personal information.
Business and customer data
MarketMeet is a multi-tenant platform. A business controls the information it enters about its operations and customers and is responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect, use, and communicate with its customers. MarketMeet uses business-scoped access controls intended to keep one business's operational data separate from another business's data.
Location information
MarketMeet may process business, customer, appointment, and job addresses and related location information to support service areas, maps, directions, routing, scheduling, local business features, and project records. Businesses are responsible for entering and sharing location information appropriately.
Retention and security
MarketMeet retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve issues, prevent abuse, and satisfy applicable obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Recipients may opt out of MarketMeet SMS at any time by replying STOP. Businesses can manage applicable communication and account settings in MarketMeet. Requests concerning customer information maintained by a service business may need to be directed to that business because the business controls its customer relationship and records.
Children
MarketMeet is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as MarketMeet evolves. The effective date shown above will be updated when material changes are made.
