Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of MarketMeet, business operations software for service businesses.
MarketMeet's role
MarketMeet provides software for managing business workflows such as customers, appointments, estimates, projects, payments, staff, production, documents, communications, marketing, and related operations. MarketMeet is not the service provider performing a business's work, is not a party to the business's agreement with its customer, and does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, pricing, licensing, or performance of services offered by a business using MarketMeet.
Business responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, their services and pricing, estimates and contracts, licenses and permits, taxes, insurance, employees and contractors, customer communications, fulfillment of customer work, and compliance with laws that apply to their business. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and private customer or project links and for using MarketMeet lawfully.
Scheduling, estimates, projects, and communications
MarketMeet records and helps coordinate business activity, but businesses remain responsible for confirming schedules, scopes of work, estimates, changes, cancellations, project completion, and customer communications. Automated reminders, recommendations, or status changes should be reviewed when circumstances require human judgment.
Payments
Payment features may be provided through third-party payment processors. Businesses are responsible for amounts charged, refunds, disputes, taxes, and their customer payment policies. MarketMeet may display payment status and transaction information received from a payment provider but is not a bank and does not guarantee settlement or availability of third-party payment services.
Subscriptions and paid features
MarketMeet may offer free and paid plans or optional features. Pricing, included features, billing intervals, trials, and any direct third-party costs will be presented before a paid purchase is completed. Paid access may change when a subscription expires, is canceled, or remains unpaid, subject to any grace period or terms shown at purchase. Business operating data is not intentionally deleted merely because a paid plan is downgraded.
SMS terms
MarketMeet may offer optional transactional text messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, estimate or project updates, payment communications, and other business-customer coordination. SMS consent is voluntary and is collected separately where required.
Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of MarketMeet text messages. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of SMS does not stop other communications that a recipient or business has separately enabled.
See the MarketMeet Privacy Policy for information about how mobile numbers and SMS consent data are handled.
AI and automated features
Some MarketMeet features may use artificial intelligence or automation to generate suggestions, drafts, summaries, analysis, or other outputs. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before they are relied on for pricing, contractual, financial, safety, employment, legal, or other important decisions. The business remains responsible for actions it takes using those outputs.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse MarketMeet, attempt to access another business's data without authorization, interfere with the service, use the platform for unlawful activity, or attempt to bypass security, access, billing, or usage controls.
Availability and third-party services
MarketMeet may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may take reasonable steps to prevent misuse or protect users and the service. Some features depend on third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Account restrictions and termination
MarketMeet may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, material violations of these Terms, or nonpayment of applicable charges. Users may stop using MarketMeet at any time, subject to obligations that accrued before termination.
Disclaimer and limitation
MarketMeet is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MarketMeet disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not responsible for the underlying services performed by businesses using the platform or for acts or omissions of their customers, workers, contractors, or third-party service providers.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
